What You’ll Do :

• Train & Support Brokers – Guide new and existing users in leveraging a leading Broker Management System.

Develop Training Materials – Create engaging content to support system upgrades and best practices.

Lead Virtual & In-Person Sessions – Conduct training across Canada, with occasional travel.

Consult & Advise – Help insurance professionals optimize their system use.

What We’re Looking For :

Bilingual (English & French) – Essential for nationwide training.

Broker Experience (2+ Years) – You understand the industry inside and out.

Training or Onboarding Experience – Not mandatory, but a big plus!

Strong Communication & Patience – Ability to explain complex processes to users of all skill levels.

Tech-Savvy & Adaptable – Quick learner with a knack for problem-solving.
