Description :

At minimum, the Software Developer- Senior will have the responsibilities set out below :

• Translate technical systems specifications into a working, tested application by developing detailed programming / User Interface Specifications / Screen Design Documents for approved functional changes in support of the business operations.
• Create functional and technical design documentation for customization, extensions and configurations as may be required to implement modules, workflows and rules.
• Refine and clarify designs during software development and implementation.
• Develop system use cases to align with the out of box ADX Portal and Dynamics CRM capabilities / existing functionality and changes to support business operations.
• Configure and / or customize the portal and / or application by writing and / or generating code compiling data-driven programs to implement the changes to integrate MS Dynamics CRM with the identity provider solution.
• Code and unit test code, provide subject matter expertise in supporting System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing to ensure high quality of the software.
• Conduct Knowledge Transfer sessions with the project team resources; demonstrate new features / functionality as needed to different stakeholders.
• Conduct and support deployment of code changes with lower level environments and production.
• Provide subject matter expertise and hands-on engagement to conduct Root Cause Analysis of environment and application issues. Resolve and troubleshoot technical problems which arise during the use and operation of software packages, including providing technical assistance in implementation, conversion and migration.
• Provide Go-live support / post implementation reviews. Report progress, resolve problems and report regularly to I and amp;IT project team

Application design and development experience : 50 Points

7-10 years of experience as a Senior Software Developer - CRM

In-depth knowledge of CRM platform (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics) and its features, including portal technologies such as ADX studio.

Proven experience developing and implementing end-to-end CRM solutions that align with business objectives.

Proficiency in CRM customization and configuration, including creating custom fields, workflows, process automation, and data integration.

Strong proficiency in developing custom solutions using Microsoft Dynamics CRM development tools, such as Custom Workflow Activities, Plugins, Custom Actions, and JavaScript.

Experience with data migration and transformation in Dynamics CRM, including data import / export and data manipulation using tools like Data Loader.

Knowledge of data modeling and database design principles within the context of Dynamics CRM.

Knowledge of API integration methods to connect CRM systems with other applications.

Experience with and nbsp;programming languages and scripting (e.g., JavaScript, Apex, Python) and nbsp;for customizations and nbsp;and integrations.

Methodology, Problem Solving and Analysis Skills : 30 Points

Demonstrated ability to assess complex and diverse information / system needs and develop I and amp;IT solutions.

Complete knowledge of SDLC methodologies e.g., Agile development environment

Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) to manage code changes and collaborate with other developers.

Experience developing integrated test scenarios, identifying test data, executing test scenarios as part of system integration testing (COTS and custom), troubleshooting, and resolving issues identified and documenting test results.

Experience in providing Go-live support and conducting post implementation reviews.

Ability to identify the root cause of problems and provide viable solutions.

Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues, and nbsp;performance bottlenecks, and system errors in Dynamics CRM solutions

Experience conducting stakeholder interviews, gathering requirements, and documenting use cases.

Experience in creating and documenting the technical design, development and delivery of specified technology solutions including reports, interfaces, conversions, extensions, workflows, procedures and customizations.

Ability to design and articulate complex technical concepts into executable development work packages.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Experience in providing estimations of project delivery based on business requirements.

Experience presenting solution designs, project updates, and recommendations to management.

Demonstrated s kill in planning and managing change within an organization when implementing new CRM systems or processes.

Desirable Skills :

Relevant certification from CRM platform provider (e.g., Microsoft Certified : Dynamics 365 Developer) is an and nbsp;asset.
