Beyond the Box CRM Solutions believes in transcending conventional norms to deliver innovative CRM solutions that meet business needs. We are a startup in the Microsoft D365 space, and a Microsoft partner navigating the dynamic tech environment. Services include application rationalization, consulting, end user empowerment, Power Platform COE, and ad-hoc support.
Role Description
This is a 6-month contract role for a Microsoft D365 Contact Center Consultant. The Consultant will be responsible for IVR implementation, communication strategies, customer service optimization, workforce management, and consulting services within the contact center environment.
Qualifications
- Consulting experience in contact center environments
- Experience with provisioning different communication channels in D365 Contact Center
- Certifications in relevant CRM technologies
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
