One of our Government clients is looking for a Intermediate Software Developer CRM
Job Description
Responsibilities :
Aide in the upgrade of Microsoft Dynamics 2016 to current supported version
Update and configure connections to the CRM system
Update and configure CRM frontend portal solutions
Troubleshoot and remediate technical issues for both the CRM system and the
frontend portal solutions

Understand configure troubleshoot and remediate issues with batch file
processing as it relates to the CRM and frontend portal solutions
Required to translate technical systems specifications into working tested CRM
applications. This includes developing detailed programming specifications writing
and / or generating code compiling datadriven programs maintaining and
conducting unit tests.
Resolves and troubleshoots technical problems which arise during the creation use
and operation of software packages
Creating and / or updating APIs
General Skills
Experience in programming and analysis; specialized CRM software package
support at the specified experience level
A solid understanding of lowcode / nocode platforms
Ability to collaborate with IT Professionals throughout the Software Development
Life Cycle
Experience in structured methodologies for the development design
implementation and maintenance of applications
Experience in design code test debug and document applications
Experience in the use of object and / or third generation language development tools
Experience in one or more programming languages
Experience in application design latest design patters deployment and
troubleshooting
Experience with relational and hierarchical database technologies
Experience in the use of information retrieval packages using query languages
Experience with one or more communications protocols
Experience in structured methodologies for the design development
implementation and maintenance of applications
Experience eliciting and documenting information from diverse business area
stakeholders and subject matter experts
Excellent analytical problemsolving and decisionmaking skills; verbal and written

Development Skills
Knowledge and experience with specific CRM software and anticipated future

Experience with middleware and gateways Expertise in specific tools for CRM
software development
Desirable Skills :
Knowledge and experience with programming Internetready applications
Knowledge and experience in rapid application development (RAD) methodologies

Experience reviewing analyzing and modifying product installation scripts including
encoding testing debugging

MUST HAVES :
- MS Dynamics (2016 and D365) UPGRADING FROM 2016 to D365
- C# programming
- NET Framework all supported versions
