Our client in Baie D'urfe is currently looking for a hotel coordinator for their ever growing organization. This role is a contract position for a couple of weeks Under the supervision of the manager, you will be responsible for the development of the cooperatives’ hotel network and making the necessary recommendations to the manager to ensure quality customer service.

Responsibilities
In collaboration with the manager, ensure that the cooperative hotel network is developed to support
- the number of clientele (expansion or new hotel);
In collaboration with the manager, coordinate the work to be completed with the other coordinator and
In collaboration with the other coordinator, determine the topics to be covered in ongoing annual
training, prepare ongoing annual training courses for managers, assign an operating budget and
control it and keep track of supporting documents for grant applications.
Keep procedural manuals up to date for training purposes
Prepare to develop the following procedures on :
Follow up with company on the plans and work done for a new hotel or a hotel expansion or
requests
Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience in administration or customer service
Possess a sense of leadership, organization, and an aptitude for teamwork.
