Hello!We are a family of 4 looking for a nanny.Unfortunately for us, our current and amazing nanny is going back to school.She is available to provide a reference for us. Ideally looking for someone to start in July 2025. We are looking for a 1 year minimum commitment if possible.We have 2 children, a 7 and a 2 year old. We live on an acreage south of Calmar, just across the road from a beautiful little lake. We are approximately 25 mins from Leduc and 45 mins to south Edmonton. There is no public transit so a driver's license is required.

• A vehicle can be provided if needed for work and personal use
• General duties include getting the children up and the oldest ready and onto the school bus, and being there when he gets off the bus. Caring for the children ie : feeding, playing with and light homework help. We don't expect you to housekeep, but general tidying is appreciated as we all share and use the house. We do have dogs and a couple horses so the position requires the ability to let the dogs in and out, help our kids feed them, etc. We are non smokers. My partner and I are both shift workers in emergency services so we require a live in nanny during shifts, due to the early mornings and late evenings. Live out for days off is what our current nanny does. You would have your own room with access to a shared bathroom on the main floor. We are currently finishing the downstairs bedroom and bathroom which would be yours once completed.Monthy hours vary from 100 - 130 a month. We are looking to pay salary but open to hourly rate. These are longer shifts. You would be working approximately 8 - 14 days within a month, but consecutive days off average between 4 to 12 days. Shifts include some weekends and holidays. Groceries will be included along side the paid salary we agree on.Flexibility on your part is necessary due to the nature of our work, and we will absolutely extend that courtesy to you.
