Dans le cadre de ses ententes avec ses différents clients, Procom est actuellement à la recherche d’un Analyste junior des Coûts IT pour une entreprise dans le domaine financier. Notre client est situé à Montréal.

Description des tâches et responsabilités – Analyste junior des Coûts IT

Les responsabilités du poste incluent  :

  • Codage et analyse des factures IT (par exemple, coûts de télécommunication et de cloud);
  • Analyse des données de feuilles de temps (par exemple, non soumises et en attente d'approbation) et assurer le respect des politiques locales;
  • Coordination des renouvellements de maintenance logicielle et matérielle;
  • Soumission des tickets Comptes fournisseurs et Achats pour accélérer les approbations.

Exigences du poste – Analyste junior des Coûts IT

  • Diplôme pertinent de CÉGEP plus une expérience de travail équivalente;
  • Diplôme universitaire (finance, comptabilité, économie, administration des affaires ou équivalent);
  • Attention aux détails, esprit critique, compétences en audit et investigation;
  • Volonté d'apprendre;
  • Capacité à travailler sous pression, à prioriser et à gérer la charge de travail pour respecter les délais;
  • Familiarité avec Google Workspace, et compétences avancées en utilisation de feuilles de calcul;
  • Français et / ou espagnol de base;
  • Expérience dans un rôle similaire (par exemple, support administratif, achats, Comptes fournisseurs).

    Junior IT Cost analyst

    As a part of its agreements with its various clients, Procom is currently seeking a Junior IT Cost analystfor a company in the financial sector. Our client is located in Montréal.

    Job details – Junior IT Cost analyst

    Key responsibilities for this position include :

  • IT invoice coding and analysis (e.g. telecommunication and cloud costs);
  • Timesheet data analysis (e.g unsubmitted and pending approval), and ensure adherence to local policies;
  • Coordinate software and hardware maintenance renewals;
  • Submitting Accounts Payable and Procurement tickets to expedite approvals.

    • Mandatory Skills – Junior IT Cost analyst

  • Attention to detail, critical thinking, auditing and investigative skills;
  • Willingness to learn;
  • Able to work under pressure, prioritize and manage workload to meet deadlines;
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, and advanced skills using spreadsheets;
  • Basic French and / or Spanish;
  • Experience in a similar role (e.g. administrative support, purchasing, Accounts Payable);
  • Relevant CEGEP degree plus equivalent work experience;
  • University degree (finance, accounting, economics, business administration or equivalent).
