YOUR ROLE :
As a Corporate Legal Assistant, you will provide support to Paralegals.
Among your responsibilities, you will :
Prepare various documents related to minor changes that need to be integrated in the records of the corporate minutes held by the department and those received regarding a specific question;
Open and organize work files for the Corporate Services Division;
Ensure all updates of the summaries, lists and data bases of the department;
Prepare the registrations for extra-provincial corporations and update the files of same;
Perform business / corporate name searches;
Prepare the certificates of eligibility and conformity;
File notices, annual reports, declarations and other various documents with the relevant authorities;
Prepare financial forms and documents;
Prepare stock certificates.
REQUIRED SKILLS :
Diploma of Vocational Studies in Secretarial Studies with a legal profile or any combination of relevant training / experience;
Experience in corporate law will be considered an important asset;
Excellent team spirit;
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills;
Autonomy and adaptability;
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
