What You’ll Do :

As a Proposal Coordinator , you’ll be responsible for :

• Reviewing and analyzing Request for Proposals (RFPs) , Request for Qualifications (RFQs) , and other competitive bid documents.
• Leading the development of proposal strategies, creating high-quality written content including approach, methodology, and technical sections.
• Collaborating with internal teams to gather information and write proposal specifics, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Managing multiple proposals, ensuring timely and professional submissions.
• Coordinating all proposal elements, including necessary documentation such as bonding , insurance , and scheduling .
• Developing and maintaining a database of resumes, project profiles, and content for future proposal submissions.
• Preparing engaging presentations for proposal interviews.
