Job Summary :
The National Account Manager is the first point of contact for our retail customers. The everyday role incudes assessing account needs and monitory all business, handling multiple tasks with the account, establishing strong relationships and a thorough understanding of the retailer to maximize potential. This position reports to the Vice President of Sales & Marketing

Job Duties & Responsibilities (but not limited to) :
Key Accounts :
Managing sales and customer management for existing and new potential business partners for ZWILLING Canada.
Ability to search our new business opportunities and have the capability to build a sales program that works for both sides. This would Include traditional and ecommerce businesses and exploring new ways to do business (ie. Drop ship)
Strategic planning the overall business, to include development of sales plan and sales attainment to enhance ZWILLING’s position in the account through working closely with the buyer.
Establish annual business and promotional plan with the retailer and continually monitor progress.
Provide all forecasts, key account reporting and other sales reports requested by management
Communicate and coordinate customer needs within ZWILLING departments required to provide superior customer service
Develop promotional strategy and presentations, special prepacks and events to maximize sales opportunities, while managing promotional funds to effectively drive the business
Facilitate resolution of all outstanding deductions while continually maintaining detailed, accurate records to process and / or dispute all coop claims including Post Audit Deductions.
Fill out all account paperwork, new item forms, price change forms, provide ad submissions and samples, etc. and follow up with accounts to ensure placement of all orders
Special projects as directed by VP of Sales & Marketing and / or President.
Education & Experience Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing, is preferred;
Minimum of 3-5 years experience in an Account Manager or equivalent experience;
National mass retail / Ecommerce experience is preferred;
Experience with managing customer pricing and P&Ls;
Ability to multi-task and maintain accuracy is required;
Computer literate with a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.);
Strong verbal and written communication skills;
Strong presentation skills required;
