Lake Country Co-op invites applications for the position of Part-Time File Maintenance Clerk at our Agro location in Spiritwood, Saskatchewan.

Reporting to the Agro Team Leader, responsibilities for this position include the following :
- Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Lake Country Co-operative’s vision, mission, and safety principles to make a difference in members lives, with a strong customer focused approach.
- Provide Legendary Service at all touch points through various communication channels.
- Maintain accurate product files, price files, and inventory in the Tronia point of sale (POS) system.
- Enter new products, stock keeping unit (SKUs), and vendor information into the system.
- Update pricing, descriptions, and categories for existing products.
- Administer end of day, end of period, end of month and end of year procedures.
- Audit shelf and system pricing to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Generate and distribute reports as needed (price changes, product movement,
- Assist with regular stock verification to ensure inventory accuracy as required.
- Ensure product compliance with agricultural regulations.
- Maintain all signage on the sales floor.
- Support internal teams with data entry, printing, and administrative tasks as needed.
- Complete large amounts of data entry, with seated work, and significant use of computerized workstation.
- Support and follow Asset Protection and Safety Management systems, policies, and procedures.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
