Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial leadership role, ideally in the hospitality industry. Skills : Strong analytical skills, advanced proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage), and Excel. Knowledge : Familiarity with hotel industry metrics, including STR reporting and revenue management systems, is an asset. Soft Skills : Exceptional communication and leadership abilities, with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Competitive salary based on experience.
