Description de posteLead discovery workshops and requirements gathering. Configure Workday modules in alignment with best practices and client needs. Conduct testing, training, and knowledge transfer sessions. Collaborate with technical teams for integrations and cross-functional design. Develop integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and APIs (REST / SOAP). Design and build secure, scalable, and maintainable interfaces. Participate in technical testing, deployment, and documentation activities. Work closely with functional counterparts to ensure end-to-end delivery. 2–10+ years of experience with Workday in a consulting or enterprise setting. Hands-on expertise in one or more modules : HCM, Payroll, Recruiting, Talent, Learning, Compensation, Integrations. Strong experience with Workday deployments and / or post-production support. Workday partner or SI (System Integrator) background is a strong asset. Workday Certifications. Fluent in English and French. Must be legally authorized to work and reside in Canada.
