Your position

I am currently recruiting for one of my clients, an agri-food company located in Salaberry-de-Valleyfield, a Maintenance Supervisor - Permanent position 40h week - in person - evening shift - 3pm - 11pm.

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will be in charge of the following tasks :

• Supervise maintenance work, preventive maintenance and continuous improvement projects with the aim of improving work and machine efficiency.
• Supervise teams to ensure their technical competence and compliance with OHS standards.
• Work with production to achieve objectives and comply with quality standards (HACCP, GMP).
• Monitor the department's KPIs, equipment maintenance programs and certifications.

Your profile

At least 3 years' experience in a similar position, in the manufacturing field, agri-food an asset

Live-in position on evening shift - Monday to Friday - 3pm - 11pm - full insurance, company RRSP, vacation, and other company benefits.
