Description de posteShifts shared within the team to cover all opening hours, i.e. 7 days a week from 9 : 00 a.m. to 9 : 00 p.m.; French and English mandatory; Parking provided; Discount at the boutique; Reduced price for access to the Château Frontenac cafeteria; Welcoming and guiding customers; Sales management (sales transaction, payment, packaging, cashiering and cash deposit); Managing product returns and exchanges in accordance with boutique policy; Mastering product history and manufacturing; Preparing, maintaining displays and visual presentation; Receiving merchandise, labeling and taking rebates; Maintaining the sales area;- Achieving sales targets; Great interest in knowing the history of the products sold and highlighting them; Strong sense of customer service; Ability to communicate and establish a climate of trust with customers; Calm, patient and respectful; Ability to work as part of a team to meet objectives;

Skills required :
- Great interest in knowing the history of the products sold and highlighting them;
- Strong sense of customer service;
- Ability to communicate and establish a climate of trust with customers;
- Calm, patient and respectful;
- Ability to work as part of a team to meet objectives;
Proficiency in office automation tools (Excel, Word, e-mail).
Working hours :
Alternating shifts on public holidays
Languages spoken :
Any other language would be an asset, given the tourist clientele.
