Senior Project Manager

Contract Full time, 1 year

Location - Hybrid -Fredericton- New Brunswick

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager who will be responsible to support a public sector client of ours.

Requirements

• University Degree in either Business Administration or Information Tech nology or an equiv alent combination of a college diploma (related to Business Administration and / or IT) and / or experience may also be considered.
• Demonstrated experience planning and overseeing major healthcare technology-related projects to ensure they are completed on time, on budget and according to the agreed scope of delivery and focus on work with health information systems, healthcare operations, technology and / or software implementations
• Demonstrated experience in project management of large-scale IT projects, with a specific focus on major implementations, replacements, or consolidation of Clinical Information Systems in Healthcare industry
• Work with project team, clients and technology teams to define and establish project scope and requirements, create solutions, and develop an executable plan, accounting for resource needs, timelines, and costs.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration with stakeholders at various levels, including clinicians, IT teams, healthcare administrators, and regulatory bodies.
• Manage scope, requirements, resources, time, cost, quality, risks, and communications for on-time, on-budget, high-quality project delivery.
• Drive structure and content for Project Status meetings and Steering Committee meetings with key Client stakeholders
• Report status and progress of assigned activities to program management as required.
• Demonstrated expertise employing project management tools, methodologies, and best practices – including leading projects through the full lifecycle using adaptive (agile) and predictive (waterfall) modes.
