Construction project coordinator Offres d'emploi - Waterloo, ON

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in processing customer orders, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders. Essential job functions and duties include, but are not limited to, the following :

Key Responsibilities :

Assist Project Coordinators in processing customer orders in accordance with the Company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Prioritize work order processing by communicating with Project Coordinators and attending production meetings to meet customer goals.

Ensure accuracy in all work processed to prevent mistakes down the manufacturing chain.

Visually inspect all samples and proofs for any errors before sending them to customers.

Assist in documenting customer complaints through established Incident Reports to provide Project Coordinators with information to respond to customers.

Understand certain service history or requirements of customers to provide the best product and support to Project Coordinators.

Assist in scheduling the shipping of finished goods and receiving of incoming materials, coordinating timely requirements with the warehouse.

Maintain customer files, records, computer data, and other project-related documentation.

Accurately and promptly input customer information into the in-house computer system, ensuring that information is up-to-date and making revisions when necessary.

Serve as the main point of contact for picking up and transferring telephone calls and managing entrance for our secure doors / gate through our phone system.

Perform other job duties, assignments, and / or special projects as directed by the supervisor or senior management.

Qualifications :

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Proficiency in using computer systems and software for data entry and management.

Previous experience in project coordination or a related field is preferred.
