This includes conceptualizing, designing, and implementing health economic models to conduct cost-effectiveness and budget impact analyses of healthcare interventions.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement studies or models, including advanced model design and study protocols.Lead interactions with clients in the pharmaceutical and medical device industries.Develop and maintain client relationships, bringing in proposal leads and managing the proposal writing process.Review and finalize project deliverables, ensuring study findings are valid and reliable.Serve as advisor or mentor to other team members.Direct non-billable activities, such as supervising junior staff and identifying business opportunities.RequirementsPhD, Master's, or Bachelor's degree in Operations Research, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Biostatistics, or related field.At least 7-10 years of relevant work experience in a similar industry or consulting environment.Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Access.Broad experience in health economics and development of models suitable for Health Technology Assessment groups or reimbursement decisions.
