Adecco is hiring a Small Engine Mechanic to provide mechanical services and repairs for scrubbers, burnishers, vacuums, and other related cleaning equipment for our client. You will play a crucial role in maintaining and servicing Tennant, Pioneer, and similar industrial cleaning machines, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. This role requires hands-on technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a 24 / 7 on-call environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Diagnose and repair industrial floor scrubbers, burnishers, vacuums, and other related equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and service schedules as assigned.
• Provide on-call support, including scheduled weekend rotations.
• Attend service repair calls in designated territories, with occasional travel beyond assigned areas.
• Administer service appointments, upload reports, and ensure completion of work orders within 72 hours.
• Plan and coordinate service routes efficiently.
• Maintain and manage parts inventory in the assigned service vehicle, conducting periodic audits.
• Troubleshoot and resolve work-related issues, implementing solutions to improve efficiency.
• Train subcontractors and area managers on best practices for maintaining equipment.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and company policies.
• Prepare and submit service reports as required by the Manager of Mechanical Services .
