The challenges that await you Under the authority of the immediate supervisor, you are responsible for developing key performance indicators (KPIs) and analytical metrics to support organizational management activities, contributing to informed decision-making, continuous process improvement, and operational efficiency.
You collaborate with stakeholders to understand the organization's needs and propose data-driven solutions.
To this end, you act as an expert advisor to stakeholders in analyzing, understanding, training, and organizing their business intelligence and performance needs.
- Collaborates with stakeholders to identify performance indicator needs specific to their objectives and priorities;
- Designs relevant, measurable performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with the organization's goals;
- Develops indicator models suitable for data visualization and analysis;
- Uses analytical and statistical tools to explore available data and identify trends, patterns, and relevant highlights for data optimization;
- Applies predictive analysis and machine learning techniques to develop indicators that forecast future outcomes;
- Designs and develops interactive dashboards in Power BI to present indicators clearly and understandably.
The ideal profile for us - Bachelor's degree in computer science or any other relevant bachelor's degree for the position;
- 8 (eight) years of relevant experience for the position;
- Knowledge of deep learning;
- Ability to understand user/domain expert needs, extract technical requirements, and develop a work plan;
- Knowledge and experience in using innovation, collaboration, and co-creation methodologies;
- Skills in computer engineering and programming languages (e.g., Python);
- Possess SQL skills as well as experience in researching large complex data sets;
- Aptitude for creating complex models and algorithms.
