About the Role

As a 310T Apprentice, you will be responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing a diverse fleet of equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations. Your responsibilities include:

Diagnosing and repairing vehicle malfunctions, including engine, transmission, electrical, and HVAC systems using computer diagnostics and testing equipment;
Performing routine preventative maintenance and assisting in completing annual safety inspections;
Recommending system and parts repairs, replacements, or modifications;
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized shop environment;
Recommend system and parts modifications, repair, or replacement;
Responsible for assisting in the maintenance and repair of vacuum trucks, highway trucks, trailers, light duty vehicles, and agricultural equipment, pumps, and engines.

About You

Strong working knowledge of hand tools and diagnostic equipment;
Ability to adapt to changing repair priorities and operational needs;
Positive attitude and strong work ethic;
Fleet maintenance experience is considered an asset.

Salary Range: $25-34/hr., based on experience;
Guaranteed minimum 40 hours per week, working days shifts, year round;

RRSP matching program;
Boot allowance of $150 after one year of service;
$500/year tool allowance after one year of service;
Supportive team work environment in a family-owned and operated business.
