Communications Engineer wanted…

Streem Link Communications is looking for competent, energetic, confident engineers to provide high-level, technical expertise for both pre-sales and post-sales opportunities. Qualified individuals will possess good people skills and a strong background in TDM and IP based telephony, messaging and / or call center deployment experience.

Outstanding customer service and efficiency are important aspects of this position. Essential functions and basic duties consist of being responsible for the efficiency of professional services implementations by measuring the amount of hours and deployment time it takes to achieve the goal of a successful installation.

Streem Link will provide the tools needed for the continual personal education, and training.

To perform the job successfully, candidates must possess the following qualities :

1. Effective problem solving

Candidate identifies and resolves technical and political problems in a timely manner; gathers and analyzes information skillfully; develops alternative solutions; and works well in-group problem solving situations.

2. Pride in customer service

Candidate must be able to manage difficult communication situations while responding promptly to customer needs.

Position Requirements

Excellent organizational and planning skills

Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communications skills

Self Motivated

Work independently or as a member of a team

Pre-Requisites

Minimum five years experience with deployment and architecture of communications application infrastructure in any of the following products or service areas : Avaya, Cisco, Nortel, Microsoft, Meru, Extreme, Juniper, IC Contact Center, Call Center design and deployment.

Manufacturer certifications are required.
