  • Oversee consultants, contractors, and third-party service providers, including RFP development, proposal evaluation, and execution oversight;

  • Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline (e.g., Integrated Engineering or Engineering Physics) with relevant bulk handling experience;
  • Professional Engineer (P.Eng.), registered and in good standing with EGBC;
  • Demonstrated experience in engineering design, project cost management, and capital project execution, including RFP development, interpretation of multidisciplinary engineering drawings, cost forecasting, and budgeting;
  • Strong knowledge of applicable federal, provincial, and municipal regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices;
  • Technical familiarity with bulk handling systems, industrial equipment, mechanical power transmission, and hydraulic systems is considered an asset;
  • Proficiency with standard engineering tools and software such as AutoCAD, CMMS systems (SAP experience is an asset), and the MS Office suite;
  • Experience working within a gated capital project delivery framework is an asset;
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic operational environment;
  • Self-motivated professional with strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to work independently and collaboratively to influence outcomes and achieve business objectives;
