Key Responsibilities :
- Sales Champion : Answer incoming calls with finesse, focusing on closing residential sales and booking services.
- Data Dynamo : Handle Route Managers' data entry tasks, including reports, contracts, Electronic Site Management (ESM), and more.
- Financial Facilitator : Manage bank deposits for received checks and credit card payments, ensuring seamless processes.
- Resolution Expert : Tackle residential account issues head-on, ensuring our clients are delighted with solutions.
- Master Organizer : Maintain organized customer files and up-to-date filing systems.
- Scheduling Savvy : Coordinate Route Managers' one-time work and home services, ensuring follow-up for customer satisfaction.
- Month-End Maestro : Play a pivotal role in completing month-end tasks.
- Tag Tracker : Keep an eye on missing tag reports, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
- Supply Sourcer : Order office supplies, keeping everything running smoothly.
