A degree in business, marketing, advertising, communications, Ecommerce or related programs is required. Recent proven and successful experience is required (minimum 3 year’s). In-depth knowledge and experience with B2B E-commerce Must have previous experience communicating with corporate business contacts. Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, Order Management Systems, CRM platforms, ERP systems Advanced Shopify knowledge and skills (minimum 3 year’s experience). Enjoys working with a team, brainstorming creative ideas, presenting solutions, & creating success. The ability to work and execute independently is also required. Strong written & verbal communication, organizational & time management skills, plus the ability to multi-task Strong & consistent ability to prioritize activities within specific time guidelines & handle multiple responsibilities within a specific time frame. Positive and engaging individual who takes ownership and accountability of their actions and is supportive of the overall team. Position Summary
The E-Commerce Program Lead’s main role is to provide day-to-day oversight of assigned e-commerce platforms, Inventory Management and team development. Additionally, this person works with & supports the sales team so that the customer needs are met in terms of driving e-commerce sales, staying relevant on trends, maintaining inventory as data dictates, oversees website maintenance.
E-Commerce Program Leads are driven, dedicated self-starters who work to fully understand clients, systems & processes, enjoy building & upkeeping of E-commerce webstores. You have a positive attitude with the ability to work efficiently, independently or with a team.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS :
- Build ecommerce stores for corporate clients within our proprietary Ecomm software.
- Oversees, executes, & ensures accuracy in the item sku set-up process for web merchandising from sourcing to sku population on identified e-commerce platforms.
- Provides information & direction regarding graphic arts needs for web merchandise.
- Regularly reviews merchandise to ensure proper & relative merchandising needs.
- Responsible for Inventory & On-Demand sell-through reports to determine inventory needs, identify top-sellers, identify slow moving inventory, & merchandises accordingly
- Places & follows-up on all orders for inventoried merchandise.
- Updates e-commerce platforms when inventory is received.
- Communicates with platform providers and customers regarding business related matters.
- Handle e-commerce merchandise returns within our software.
- Execute system integration projects involving multiple Software’s.
