Code Bleu, a leader in the healthcare personnel placement sector in Quebec, is looking for a General Manager.
Reporting to the CEO and in collaboration with the Executive Committee , the General Manager will ensure that a high level of service excellence is maintained and actively contributes to the growth of the company.
- University degree in business administration, management, or other relevant fields
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in service companies
- Experience in staffing, travel, healthcare, business call centers, or other high-activity companies (an asset)
- Experience in managing operations in a growth environment
- Good knowledge of Workplace Protections and accounting notions
- High level of comfort with technologies (ease of understanding different platforms and using them well)
- Implementation and monitoring of KPIs
- Bilingualism in French and English, both oral and written

Brief Description
Reporting to the CEO and in collaboration with the Executive Committee , the General Manager will ensure that a high level of service excellence is maintained and actively contributes to the growth of the company.
This key role will identify opportunities for improvement and implement the tools to achieve them. This person will have to mobilize and develop their team to allow them to grow; and thus, participate in the development of market share.
They will be responsible for coordinating all management activities to achieve the company’s growth and profitability objectives by sector. To do so, they will work in close collaboration with the HR, Sales & Marketing, IT, and Call Center team leaders.
