THE OPPORTUNITY :
We are currently recruiting for a dynamic and highly effective Manager for our Client's Shop in Sudbury, ON area.
THE ROLE :
Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Shop Manager is responsible for the daily operations of the business. This role will manager and oversee compliance of the KPI's, while ensuring customer satisfaction, increasing revenue of the division and overseeing operational productivity. The successful candidate will be an important contact for management in key accounts, exhibits excellent leadership and has a high degree of professionalism and tact.
THE REQUIREMENTS :
- Possess a University or Post Secondary Degree or equivalent.
- Experience in quoting new business and ensuring compliance on contracts
- Experience overseeing daily shop operations
- 3 years experience in a supervisory / management role
- Has a clean Driver's abstract and criminal record.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work in high demand work environment with deadlines.
- Advanced skills with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat)
- Regular reporting : review budgets, statements etc.
