TPG Technology Consulting Ltd is currently recruiting for a System Analyst for a contract opportunity through one of our Government of Canada Supply Arrangements

Our Government of Canada client is looking for a qualified resource to assist in the detailed analysis, development, testing and maintenance of solutions in support of the various initiatives

If you would like to be considered for this contract opportunity, please review the following criteria to ensure you meet what the client is looking for :

Must have over four (4) year of experience in all phases of the systems development life cycle including documenting business requirements, systems analysis, project design, development and testing
Must have over four (4) years of experience within the last ten (10) years working on an IBM Mainframe platform.
Must have over four (4) years of experience analysing, documenting and validating business requirements with the client, IT stakeholders and a development team
Must have over ten (10) years of experience with COBOL and / or CICS development
Must have experience in COBOL mainframe development environment interfacing with DB2 relational databases.
Must have experience in design and development using the following : TSO, JCL, MQ Series, SQL, Expediter, Strobe, Workbench, SDFII.
Must have a GoC Reliability clearance
