Responsibilities
- Coach the team members on agile methodology.
- Promote Agile practices and foster continuous improvement across teams and stakeholders.
- Implement learnings from retrospectives to enhance team and organizational performance.
- Partner with other leaders (agile coaches from client) to align Agile practices with organizational goals and strategies.
- Facilitate the adoption of Agile at the program and portfolio levels when applicable at client.
- Is the day-to-day client contact.
