We're leveraging cutting-edge AI Agent to automate technical demos at scale, delivering results that weren’t possible just a few years ago.   • Technically Elite : This isn’t just about having technical skills. This is about applying them in a way that changes the game. You have experience in LLMs, AI, and advanced tech stacks, maybe using tools like Curser and building Agents at scale, know how to use them to solve real, high-value problems.
  • Founder Mentality : Building a company requires more than technical expertise. It requires resilience, vision, and the willingness to make tough decisions. You thrive in ambiguity, take risks when necessary, and make things happen.
  • Contrarian : You see things differently. You don’t accept the status quo. You believe that the best opportunities lie where most people aren’t looking. And you’re not afraid to bet on them.

What You Will Do :

  • Define the Vision : As a co-founder, you won’t just follow the company’s direction—you’ll shape it. From the product to the culture, you’ll be a key driver of what AgenSync becomes.
  • Build the Core Technology : Help build the AI-powered platform that will revolutionize how sales demos are done. Your expertise will directly influence the product and its success.
