NOW HIRING: MACHINE OPERATOR — CALGARY
Are you mechanically inclined, reliable, and ready to grow your career in manufacturing or production? We are hiring a Machine Operator to join a leading Calgary production facility. If you enjoy hands-on work, problem-solving, and operating industrial machinery, this opportunity is perfect for you!
Someone who is proactive, safety-focused, eager to learn, and comfortable working with industrial machinery. If you take pride in producing high-quality work—this is the job for you!

Advantages
Competitive hourly wage: $18–$23/hr (based on experience)

Responsibilities
Setting up, operating, and monitoring production machinery

Following work orders, production instructions, and safety protocols

Conducting basic machine adjustments and quality checks

Troubleshooting minor mechanical issues

Inspecting finished products to ensure quality standards are met

Maintaining a clean and organized work area

Working closely with supervisors and production leads to meet daily targets

Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of machine operator or manufacturing experience

Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

Ability to follow safety procedures and production guidelines

Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods

Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Basic math and measurement skills

CNC or other specialized machine experience is an asset but not required
