Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain automated cloud infrastructure solutions using Azure IaC (Terraform and/or Bicep).
Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines, preferably using GitHub Actions.
Architect, deploy, and support applications and workloads across large-scale Azure environments.
Develop automation and tooling using Python, Node.js, Java, or PowerShell.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cloud solutions aligned with best practices and enterprise standards.
Troubleshoot complex issues across cloud infrastructure, networking, automation, and deployments.
Ensure cloud architectures follow security, governance, and compliance guidelines.
(For designated networking role) Provide subject matter expertise in Azure Networking—VNets, Firewalls, Load Balancers, Private Links, ExpressRoute, routing, NSGs, and connectivity troubleshooting.

Required Hard Skills:

Proficiency in coding/scripting using at least one: Python, Node.js, Java, or PowerShell.
Strong experience with Azure IaC: Terraform or Bicep.
Hands-on experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines in GitHub Actions.
Solid and broad Microsoft Azure knowledge across compute, storage, networking, identity, governance, monitoring, and security.
Proven track record operating in large-scale Azure environments.
For at least one candidate: Advanced Azure Networking skills, including routing, VNet architecture, hybrid connectivity, firewalls, and security controls.

Required Soft Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Self-starter with strong ownership and ability to drive work independently.
Quick learner with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Demonstrated experience in end-to-end project delivery.
Collaborative mindset with ability to work in global, fast-paced environments.

Nice to Have (Optional):

Experience with Azure DevOps, Kubernetes, AKS, containerization.
Knowledge of cloud security best practices and governance frameworks.
Exposure to site reliability engineering (SRE) practices.
Monitoring and observability tools experience (e.g., Dynatrace, Grafana, Azure Monitor).

Experience Level:

5–10 years of relevant hands-on cloud engineering / DevOps experience (flexible depending on role level).
