Product data coordinator
The incumbent is responsible for creating and maintaining up-to-date formulas and codes for our products in the enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, and for the ongoing maintenance of the database for the group. On a daily basis, he / she collects all the specifications required to process requests for the creation or modification of current formulas, and ensures that a record is kept in the specific files used for this purpose.

Responsibilities
1. Gather all the information required to create or modify formulas and product base codes in the enterprise resource planning (ERP) software with the help of specification sheets
4. Keep all requests for creation and modification of formulas and codes in the appropriate files used by the Estimation department for future reference.
8. Perform any other tasks required by his / her immediate superior.
Qualifications
Fluency in French and English (oral and written).
Skills and abilities required
Ability to learn in a production environment.
