Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Clinic Area Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple medical clinics. This role involves hands-on management of clinic staff, optimizing workflows, and ensuring high-quality patient care. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, the Clinic Area Manager will play a critical role in driving clinic performance and fostering strong relationships with both staff and patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily operations at multiple medical clinics.
- Develop and implement clinic management plans to optimize operations and staff performance.
- Lead recruitment, training, and performance management of clinic staff.
- Manage patient scheduling, appointment coordination, and overall patient experience.
- Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operational efficiency and patient satisfaction.
- Prepare and analyze weekly and monthly operational reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives tailored to clinic needs.
- Strengthen existing client relationships and cultivate new partnerships.
- Work with various Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems.
- Travel to clinic locations across Southern Ontario as required (50% travel expectation).
