Job Overview

As a Receptionist / Care Coordinator at Highgate Health – pt Health, you will provide administrative support and coordinate clinic activity with friendly, professional service. You will manage patient intake, data entry, phone, and scheduling while maintaining accurate insurance claims.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer telephone calls and greet patients and visitors.
• Coordinate intake of patient information during initial visit and throughout treatment plan.
• Assist patients with completing paperwork to avoid errors.
• Schedule patient appointments and maintain medical records.
• Collect payment at time of service and manage insurance claims to third‑party funders.
• Complete data entry and billing for third‑party funders.
• Coordinate courier packages and process incoming / outgoing email, mail, and faxes.
• Provide administrative support to the Care Coordinator Manager and Clinic Director.
