Your Responsibilities : As our Client Success Manager , you will be the primary point of contact for our valued clients. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand client needs, develop strategic plans, and drive successful outcomes. Your responsibilities will include : Building and nurturing relationships with clients to understand their goals and challenges. Developing and implementing tailored success plans to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Proactively identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services. Serving as an advocate for clients internally, championing their needs and priorities. Monitoring key performance metrics and providing regular updates and insights to clients. Job Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Proven experience in client-facing roles, preferably in Customer Service. Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Passion for delivering exceptional client service and driving results.
