A leading Canadian general contractor has been selected to deliver a high-volume, multi-site construction program for a Fortune 100 grocery and retail brand . With 10+ major commercial builds planned across Canada in the next 12 months, they are hiring experienced Project Managers to oversee full-cycle delivery from site mobilization through to handover.
This is a fly-in / fly-out (FIFO) opportunity with project locations in cities such as Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, Saskatoon, Winnipeg, and Victoria . Candidates can be based anywhere in Canada, as travel and accommodations are provided.
Why Apply?
- Strong total compensation : Base salary of $130K–$162K, plus completion bonuses, living-out allowances (15%), and uplifts for high-cost regions.
- High-earning potential : Top-performing PMs have earned $180K–$200K+ annually through bonuses and allowances.
- Flexibility : Standard swing is 10 days on / 4 off, but schedules can be tailored.
- Exposure to major commercial builds : These are large-format, steel-frame retail builds—streamlined and fast-moving.
- National scope : Work across Canada with exposure to a wide range of sites, regions, and subcontractor networks.
