The successful candidate will be a seasoned insurance professional with a minimum Level 2 General Insurance License and at least 5 years' of experience in the industry. A strong leadership background, particularly with experience in a contact center environment, is essential. The role involves developing and executing annual business plans, focusing on new business, client retention, and exceptional client experience. The AVP will be responsible for service model strategy, industry involvement, and ensuring the effective application of corporate policies and procedures. Collaboration on forecasting, budgeting, and workforce planning is also a key aspect of the position.
