This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused professional who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and delivering exceptional service. You will serve as a key point of contact for clients and business partners while supporting day-to-day administrative, communication, and client service activities.
Pay Rate: $50,000 per year + Bonus

Responsibilities:
Client Service & Relationship Management
Respond to client and business partner inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
Deliver professional, accurate, and timely support to ensure an exceptional client experience
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and business partners
Track, manage, and follow up on inquiries to ensure prompt resolution
Administrative & Operational Support
Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions and service requests
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client questions and concerns
Assist with various administrative and operational activities as required
Support process improvement initiatives and team projects
Communications & Content Support
Prepare, edit, and organize client-facing communications and materials
Support the maintenance of digital content and social media platforms
Ensure communications are accurate, professional, and aligned with company standards
Assist with the creation and distribution of client information and updates
Qualifications and Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Minimum 10 years of professional experience in customer service, administration, client support, office management, hospitality, retail, or another service-oriented environment
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
Demonstrated ability to provide a high level of customer service
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to explain information clearly, professionally, and confidently
Comfortable learning new systems, processes, and technologies
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
Professional, adaptable, and patient approach when interacting with clients
Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
