We are seeking a professional and organized Janitorial Site Supervisor to join our team in Cold Lake Canada. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing cleaning operations managing staff and ensuring high standards of cleanliness and safety are maintained across assigned facilities.

• Supervise and coordinate janitorial staff assigning tasks and creating work schedules
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness standards are met and maintained
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment placing orders as needed
• Train new employees on proper cleaning techniques safety procedures and company policies
• Address and resolve any client concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Implement and enforce health and safety regulations to maintain a safe work environment
• Collaborate with management to develop and improve cleaning processes and procedures
• Prepare and submit regular reports on cleaning operations and staff performance
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members
