Overview :

We are seeking experienced and reliable subcontractor cleaners and cleaning companies for commercial cleaning opportunities in the areas of Kingston This is an excellent opportunity for individuals or companies with a proven track record of delivering high-quality cleaning services in a professional setting.

As a subcontractor cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of commercial properties, ensuring that all areas meet client expectations and industry standards.

Location : Hamilton / Burlington

Position Type : Subcontractor / Independent Contractor

Industry : Commercial Cleaning

Key Responsibilities :

  • Perform general commercial cleaning tasks, including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, window cleaning, and restroom sanitation.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety of the premises according to specific guidelines.
  • Ensure all supplies and cleaning equipment are used in accordance with safety standards and regulations.
  • Conduct routine checks to ensure that all areas are maintained according to the contract.
  • Report any cleaning issues or maintenance needs to the appropriate personnel.
  • Ensure confidentiality, security, and safety in all cleaning tasks and customer interactions.
  • Follow a set cleaning schedule and adapt to changes as needed.

Requirements :

  • Minimum of 4-5 years of commercial cleaning experience in office buildings, retail spaces, or industrial environments.
  • Must have own cleaning supplies and equipment (vacuum, mops, cleaning solutions, etc.) suitable for commercial cleaning tasks.
  • Must be legally entitled to work in Canada .
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality work.
  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions with minimal supervision.
  • Professional demeanor and communication skills.
  • Reliable transportation to and from job sites within the Kingston Area
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Flexible availability, with the ability to work early mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed.
