We are looking to fill the position of Bartender at Cirque Restaurant, Fernie Alpine Resort.Guests feel like they are dining with friends thanks to your fantastic customer service and engaging personality. You display natural showmanship and maintain excitement with every drink poured. The ideal candidate will be a master multitasker exceling in a fast-paced environment as well as create engaging interactions from first time visitors to loyal regulars. You Will :

• Ensure a safe, comfortable and friendly atmosphere for both guests and staff
• Provide exceptional service to all guests in the restaurant
• Take beverage orders, mix, serve, finalize sales as per outlined standards
• Practice approved food handling procedures and ongoing cleanliness
• Serve and promote the Ice Bar
• Know and adhere to the policies, rules and protocols outlined in the Resorts of the Canadian Rockies Employee Handbook
• Know and follow all safe work procedures included in the Safety Management Program
• Know and comply with all expectations of the Injury Management / Return-to-Work Programs
• Perform other tasks and duties that are applicable
