Location : Remote (Canada-based), with proximity to major cities for travel convenience. Ideal locations include Toronto, Halifax, Montreal, Winnipeg, Vancouver, and Calgary .
Are you a seasoned leader in HCM technology, passionate about delivering transformative projects and growing high-performing teams? We’re looking for a Senior Manager to lead within a growing Dayforce practice, working remotely from anywhere in Canada, with occasional travel across North America.
Responsibilities :
- Lead and oversee large, complex HCM projects for clients with over 5,000 employees.
- Ensure the consistent application of project management standards and methodologies.
- Build and develop a talented delivery team, recruiting experienced professionals and mentoring emerging talent.
- Drive strategic initiatives, including proposals, demos, and project management to ensure client success.
- Collaborate with leadership to create and implement strategies for expanding the Dayforce practice.
