SSRG Scarlet Security & Risk Groupstatewide, BC, CANScarlet Security and Risk Group (SSRG) specializes in providing integrated security solutions to customers across Canada. We provide innovative and value-based security solutions to customers in several markets.
We are seeking individuals with a minimum of 15 years of experience in policing, corrections, sheriffs or the Canadian Armed Forces, who retired or left that career no more than five years ago. Strong preference will be given to those with significant experience working with vulnerable individuals in remote environments. Successful completion of an extensive background check is required.
These are fly-in positions, with flights and accommodations provided, on a rotation of 28 days in / 28 days out. There may be limited opportunities for half-time work (28 days in / 84 days out). Shifts are 12 hours long and include both day and night shifts.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in policing, corrections, sheriff services or the Canadian Armed Forces
- No more than five years since leaving public service
- Extensive experience verbally de-escalating volatile individuals in complex environments
- Exceptional writing skills
- Valid driver's licence
- Valid Standard First Aid and Level C CPR certificate
- Clear Vulnerable Sector Check
- The ability to successfully complete an extensive background check
