Description de posteUniversity degree in Business, Finance, or Computer Science; MBA, CFA, FRM or similar certification is a plus
Candidate Requirements / Must Have Skills :
1) 5-7 years of Business Analysis experience within an Application Management environment within the financial services industry.
2) In-depth investment business knowledge, particularly in derivatives trading and operations, with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst in Derivatives / Investment IT Application Management.
3) Strong understanding of system design, analysis, user acceptance testing, and product improvement methodologies.
4) Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to clearly articulate business cases, motivate team members, and negotiate with cross-functional representatives.
5) Excellent presentation and communication skills.
6) Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a global setting.
Nice-To-Have Skills :
- Proficiency with systems such as Aladdin
- Findur, Apex is highly desirable.
- Experience in system integrations and implementations is advantageous.
