Our client (the "Fund") is based in Montreal, Quebec, Canada with AUM of >

100 billion. The Fund has a multi-asset strategy approach to investing, with offices in North America, Europe and Asia to execute a global mandate.

Role Overview :

We are working with the Fund to recruit an associate, investments for the real estate team. This role is actively involved in all aspects of real estate investment and asset management.

Core Responsibilities :

• Work closely with senior investment team members to (i) review potential real estate transactions (equity and debt) and (ii) monitor / manage the performance of existing portfolio investments
• Manage and actively participate in due diligence processes, including the development of financial models and the preparation of materials for investment committee
• Manage and actively participate in select portfolio valuation analysis
• Continually research industry and market dynamics across several asset classes including residential, office, retail, and industrial assets
