On behalf of our client, Keyin College, we are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Healthcare (IEN) Program Coordinator to join the Internationally Educated Nurse (IEN) Program. This position is located in Western Newfoundland. The ideal candidate(s) will be within driving distance to Stephenville and will have experience in mentorship and clinical skill development, combining their clinical expertise with a passion for training and mentoring nursing professionals.

As they expand healthcare education across their Central Campuses to meet growing regional needs and better support Internationally Educated Nurses (IENs), they are seeking a skilled, student-centered professional to join their healthcare team.
About the Role
The Healthcare (IEN) Program Coordinator will play a key role in delivering healthcare education programming at the Central Campuses, supporting both curriculum coordination and hands-on clinical and lab skills training.
This hybrid role follows a flexible monthly cycle :
Curriculum Development and Delivery (Approximately 2 weeks / month)
Assist in the delivery and enhancement of curriculum content, with a focus on clinical and lab skills for IEN and LPN students.
Deliver practical sessions, simulations, and assessments.
Program Coordination and Operational Support (Approximately 2 weeks / month)
Coordinate curriculum planning, scheduling, and logistical support for healthcare programming.
Provide operational and administrative support to ensure smooth delivery of programming across campuses.
What you will be doing :
Deliver and support clinical and lab skills sessions for IEN students.
Provide direct support and mentorship during hands-on learning activities for other healthcare programs.
Coordinate program schedules, clinical placements, and resource allocations.
Support faculty and students with program logistics and curriculum development.
Ensure program delivery aligns with educational, clinical, and regulatory standards.
Track student outcomes and gather feedback to support continuous program improvement.
Collaborate effectively across academic and administrative teams at Grand Falls-Windsor and Gander campuses.
What you will bring :
Required :
Current registration (or eligibility for registration) as an RN in Newfoundland and Labrador.
Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
Must reside in Central Newfoundland and be able to travel between campuses.
Preferred :
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field.
Experience in curriculum development, clinical instruction, or program coordination.
Experience supporting Internationally Educated Nurses (IENs) and / or working within culturally diverse educational environments.
