Description de posteActivity booking concierge Uphold our high standards of service, merchandising, and display Ensuring service is friendly, courteous and professional Utilizing knowledge of Pursuit tours and attractions to cross-sell and maximize retail sales Taking a genuine interest in the guest and selling products based on individual, identified needs Operating the point-of-sale system with accuracy and efficiency The responsible handling of cash, credit cards, and cash out forms Keeping the sales floor and storage areas clean and organized Abiding by and applying all procedures and policies as laid out Communicating with co-workers and management, forwarding observations and comments in a timely fashion Monitoring store security Facilitating efficient inventory management and movement Upholding the high standard of environmental stewardship that is expected of all employees Work well in a team environment as well as independently Attention to detail and good communication skills Cash handling experience Strong customer service skills Able to take initiative on restocking, re-merchandising, and regular cleaning duties. What will your compensation be? : The starting salary for this position is $17.50 per hour.
