The Côté-Jardins inc. residential and long-term care center has two facilities in Saint-Augustin-de-Desmaures and Sainte-Foy . It welcomes adults with loss of functional or psychosocial autonomy).

Our site Jardins du Haut Saint Laurent in Saint Augustin de Desmaures is currently looking for nurses for day and evening positions and night!

- OIIQ permit
- Completed diploma in nursing (technical DEC or BAC)
- Experience with geriatric clients losing their autonomy (an asset)
- Leadership, autonomy and developed team spirit!
- Evaluate the physical and mental condition of residents;
- Exercise the necessary supervision to ensure the safety and quality of care for residents;
- Make decisions regarding nursing care and treatment or according to a collective prescription;
- Create and maintain interactions between the family and the resident in order to encourage their involvement in decision-making;
- Ensure follow-up of information;
- Exercise the role of coach with members of the care team (ensure the quality of care, exercise clinical leadership, act as a resource person, encourage the motivation of the employees under your responsibility and support them need, both personally and professionally).
