De Eccher Group, a leading Italian company in the construction industry operating worldwide, is looking for a Precast Manager to join "The Surrey Langley SkyTrain" project in Vancouver. This project is a 16-kilometre extension of the Expo Line from King George Station to Langley City Centre. If you have a strong background in precast solutions and are ready for a dynamic challenge, we want to hear from you! 🚆✨

Responsibilities :

As a Precast Manager , your key duties will include :

  • Pursuing project targets and improving efficiency, aligning with the Construction Manager's guidelines.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and adapting them to local needs.
  • Managing plant personnel, including supervision, training, and performance evaluation.
  • Supporting the Construction Manager in project planning, execution, and budget management.
  • Overseeing the production schedules, resource allocation, and workflow optimization.
  • Addressing technical challenges in collaboration with the Engineering Office.
  • Managing all aspects of a large precast segmental factory infrastructure.
  • Supervising material inventories, casting operations, and concrete batching.
  • Enforcing health, safety, and hygiene regulations in the workplace.

Requirements :

To be successful in this role, you should have :

  • Knowledge of the precast concrete market, solutions, and techniques.
  • Strong ability to organize processes and evaluate make-or-buy decisions.
  • Expertise in construction cost estimation, scheduling, and reading construction drawings.
  • Awareness of labor costs, material usage, and construction techniques.
  • A Technical Diploma or University Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in construction and engineering projects.
  • Proven site experience in multicultural and international environments .
